Goodrich Rubber company, of Akrori, 0 is in the city, in the interest in-terest of his company and will give a lecture in tho Ogden theater next Monday evening, commencing at S.15, illustrated by motion pictures. Tho films show the actual conditions condi-tions in the company's plant at Akron, Ak-ron, whoro the famous rubber products pro-ducts are made, and are over 4,000 feet in length. They, wero prepared by the firm at great expense and give an outsider a very clear Insight Into the methods of converting tho raw rubber Into the finished rubber articles, all kinds of which are manufactured manu-factured at the company s immense plant. Tho pictures go further Into details than merely showing the processes of manufacturers, as some were mado in South and Contral America, whoro the natives make tho crude rubber by cutting and gathering gather-ing a minute portion of the gum from each incision. ; Mr. Tilllscn In his lecture dwells mainly on tho manufacture of automobile auto-mobile tires.
