Show ONLY FOOLS FEAR WAR WITH JAPAN Los Angeles, Sept. 26. "Only fools are afraid of trouble between Japan and the United States," said Prof. Inazo NItobe, In an Interview last night. He Is specially commanded by the Mlkudo to "present a mossage of peace and better understanding to the people of the United States," and will deliver an address,, at the University Univer-sity of Southern California today. Continuing Prof. N'ltobe said: "Those people do not understand what war would mean. We cannot afford to lose tho friendship, and especially es-pecially the trude, o( the United States. The trado of your country Is our greatest foreign asset and practically prac-tically means our prosperity in trado relations. Then, besides, wo could not afford a war, H costs too much, both In gold and In precious lives.
