C mWM F Mlddletou, could hardly reallzo mWM . what was happening Bishop's Coun- M , aelor Fernellus acted as master of H ceremonies. H r Remlnesccnccs of the early life of mWM Bishop Keyes were given by Pres. H j Mlddleton, an address of welcome was H ' made by E. A. Larkin. In a neat mWM I speech Aoul Stewart in behalf of the H i I ward presented the bishop with a mWM J gold-headed umbrolla, and a gold- H j headed cane, suitably engraved.
