Seery, export lumberman and T C Hoyt, assistant district forester of the lands department of tho forest service, have returned from Idaho after af-ter an e.xtendod inspection of timber and land Mr Secry Is Investigating throughout through-out the national forests of district No 1, regarding the feasibility -of handl-' lng the timber of the forests over tho mountain streams.
