Show OFFICIAL NOTICE OF AMALGAMATED PIOCHE New York, Aug. 11. Ernest R. Woollej, president of the Novada-Utah Novada-Utah Minos & Smelters corporations, today sent to stockholders of the company com-pany an announcement of the completion comple-tion of tho Plocho merger by which tho Ploche properties of tho Nevada-Utah, Nevada-Utah, tho Ohio and Kentucky and tho Consolidated Ploche company aro Joined under one management. Tho papers have beou legally recorded and tho entire transaction finished. Tho properties of tho Nevada-Utah In I other sections of the west are not In- 1 eluded In thedoal. According to the statement sent out today the merger was accomplished accom-plished by tho purchase of 65 per cent of the Ohio and Kentucky outstanding outstand-ing capital stock, or 300,000 shares, at 75 cents a Bhore. The Ohio and Kentucky Ken-tucky held twolvo mining claims and a one-half Interest in Consolidated Ploche. Tho Nevada-Utah held twenty twen-ty claims, and the romalnlng one-half one-half intorost In Colsolidated Ploche, The latter company held seventeen claims adjoining and separating tho Nevada-Utah and Ohio and Kentucky, and owned also the Plocho Water company; including tho Highland and Floral Spring and the plpo line supplying sup-plying the town of Ploche. In completing the merger tho Amalgamated Amal-gamated Ploche Minos & Smelters corporation was incorporated in Maine with a capitalization of $10,000,-000, $10,000,-000, the par value of the shares being ?10. The entire holdings of tho Ohio and Kentucky and Consolidated UUU5SSSSgHHBSHHE Ploche were trans red to the new corporation, each corporation receiving receiv-ing 200 000 shares and the Nevada-Utah Nevada-Utah deeded its Plocho properties to tho Amalgamated for 100,000 shares. Tho Amalgamated now owns nbout fifty claims and other lands of a combined area of 1,200 acres, all contiguous, con-tiguous, Including the old Raymond and Ely, Independence and Valley lls-fiures, lls-fiures, which have a production record of $42,000,000. oo |
