Show I NOTICE TO WATER USERS I State Engineer's Ollice, Salt Lake City, Utah, Nov. 8, 1917. Notice is hereby given that The Beaver River Power Company, with its principal office at Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements ot the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate forty-five (45) second-feei of water from Beaver River, and five (5) second-feet of water from the South Fork of Beaver River, in Beaver Bea-ver County. From Beaver River the water will be diverted at a point north 61 degrees 4 4 min. east 3 750 ft. from the southwest corner of Section Sec-tion 24, Township 29 South, Range 6 West, Salt Lake base aifll meridian, and from the South Fork of Beaver River the water will be diverted at a point south 71 degrees 20 min. east 3563.6 ft. from the southwest corner of said Section 2 4. The water from both streams will be commingled at a point north 50 deg. 37 min. east 680.1 ft. from the southwest corner of said Section 24, from where It will be conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 2 5,900 ft. and there used from January 1 to December Decem-ber 31, inclusive, of each year, to generate power for producing electric light and for prope.lling machinery in Sevier, Sanpete, Piute, Garfield, Iron, Beaver and Millard Counties, Utah, and elsewhere as market demands de-mands require. After having been so used, the water will be returned at a point south 75 deg. 31 min. west from the northeast corner of Section 20, Township 29 South, Range 0 West, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7403. All protests against the granting of this application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
