NOTICE is hereby given that Mrs. Goldie Close, of Black Rock, Utah, deserted wife of Ray E. Close, who, on February 3, 1913, made Homestead Home-stead Entry, Serial No. 010997, for E of Section 33, Township 2 4 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention inten-tion to make three years Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, de-scribed, before Herbert Nichols. U. S. Commisioner, at Milford. Utah, on the 7th day of October, 1916. Claimant names as witnesses: Mrs. V. Waddoups, Mrs. J. F. Raymond, Ray-mond, J. F. Raymond, all of Malone, Utah, and Jim Hatton, Sr., of Reed, Utah. The entryman, Ray E.
