Show THIS M FAN'S YOU! The new State Capitol will be formally for-mally opened on Monday. October 9, 191G, and the Capitol Commission takes this means of extending a most cordial invitation to all the people of the State to attend and participate in the ceremonies incident to the occasion. oc-casion. It is the desire of the Commission that the people of Utah have an opportunity to Inspect the building under the most favorable circumstances, circum-stances, and for that reason they have arranged that the capitol be thrown ooen during the afternoon and evening of that day. Commencing Commenc-ing at 2 o'clock in the afternoon an appropriate programme of speeches and music will be rendered and in the evening, at S o'clock a public reception re-ception will be held in the state reception room. The date for the opening has been fixed with a due regard to the convenience con-venience of out of town people and has been set for a time when the people of the slate can take advantage advant-age of the State Fair and Confer-once Confer-once rates. Xo formal invitations will be issued, is-sued, but this general invitation r extended in the hope that the people peo-ple of the State will join in the celebration of the completion of their new home.
