Notice is hereby given that Eliza Mears, of Lund, Utah, who, on July 14. 1915, made Homestead Entry, Serial No. 015443, for EMs, Section 17, Township 31 South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make three year- proof to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U.
