NOTICE is hereby given that Wil--liam Jesse Baker, of Milford, Utah, who, on June 20, 1923, made homestead home-stead entry No. 033008, for SEWSEU, Sec. 23, WSW Sec. 24, NEViNEK Sec. 26, Twp. 28 South, Range 11 W., Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make Three year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U. S. Commissioner, at Milford, Utah, on the 31st day of July, 1928. Claimant names as witnesses: Elam Fouts, John Francis, John Welsh and C. J. Johnson, all of Milford, Mil-ford, Utah. GEO. B.
