Show Fully t Exonerated ' The following statement taken from the inquiry into the death of the little Bliss boy by Justice of the Peace, Blake gives full evidence that Mr. Gardner did all within his power to avoid the accident. Hinckley, Utah, Aug. 28, 1916. Editor of Chronicle, Delta, Utah. Dear friend: Just a line or two from our report on the accident ac-cident which happened" the 24th inst, and the death of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Bliss' boy from having hav-ing been" struck with an auto driven by Mr. Wm. N. Gardner. The boy was hit by the right front wheel of the auto from which effects he died about five hrs. later. The way was clear between boys playing in the road. This boy abruptly ran accross in front of auto, and while Mr. Gardner used every nerve to get around him, he as suddenly turned and ran hack in front of the machine and was struck as stated. Said Mr. Gardner was not to blame. Did all anyone could do to save the hoy, even to the endangering en-dangering of his own life and that of his family. With sincere respect. Yours truly. James S.
