Show Delta High The assmebly Friday will be presented pre-sented to the D. H. S. by the students stu-dents of the Hinckley high school. Our school is helping with the Red Cross drive. The Pep Club members are selling Red Cross badges to aid the drive. "Brother Goose," the thre-act comedy that was chosen for the annual school play, was successfu-ly successfu-ly played during the past two weeks, giving its audienses an evening eve-ning of hilarity, enjoyment and fun. "Hy," a lovable eleven-old girl who was only interested in football foot-ball did everything she could think of to make sure that her "game" would not be postponed or called off, and in so doing stole the show and the hearts of the entire en-tire audience. Barbara Wright gave this excellent characterization. The rest of the cast performed equally as well, and everyone, failing to understand that weeks of hard practice had made each cast member mem-ber live his part, commented how each member of the cast was "born" for his part. The cast and the Delta high school should be congratulated for such fine work. |
