Show NOTICE OF SALE Surplus Government Buildings The Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation, Cor-poration, Center and Milvia Sts., Berkeley 1, California, hereby gives notice that it now has available for disposal under the Surplus Property Pro-perty Act of 1944 and SPA Rev. Regulation No. 5, the following buildings which are at the Central Utah Relocation Project, Topaz, Millard County, Utah, and which have been declared surplus by the Government. 156 Buildings, Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Blocks 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 26 27 and 28. Terms and conditions of sale and all necessary information concerning concern-ing the buildings and the method of exercising priorities and submitting sub-mitting offers will be available on and after May 9, 1946 at the office of Mr. Clifford Purcell,, the Project Manager, located at Topaz, Utah. Office hours are 8 A. M. to 4 P. M., Monday through Friday. ; The buildings will be sold sub- ject to the following priorities in ; the order named: (1) Government ' Agencies; (2) State and Local Gov- ! ernments; (3) Former owners; (4) 1 Tenants of a former owner; (5) : Veterans of World War II and the ' spouse or children of deceased ser- ' vice men; (6) Non-profit institutions. institu-tions. PRIORITY PERIOD 1 The time for exercising priorities shall be a period of 90 days com-t- mencing May 9, 1946 and ending 1 on August 7, 1946. c Persons not having a priority r may also make offers to purchase i during this period. c The buildings will be sold "as is, where is" and must be removed by the buyer within 30 days after ac- i ceptance of an offer by the Federal Fed-eral Farm Mortgage Corporation.
