Show Find Scott Clark's Stolen Car on Road Tuesday afternoon N. E. Ward took Frank Beckwith, Sr., to Eureka, Eure-ka, and on the road saw a car just off the center of the road. They slowed down,, expecting to see some one, but no one was about it or at a distance. On their return home about midnight, mid-night, the car was still there, so Ward stopped, and they examined the car. It was unlocked, the ignition ig-nition key in the lock, full of gas, and some clothing in the back, but abandoned. They searched In the cubby hole locker and found letters let-ters addressed to Scott Clark, and Wednesday telephoned to Mrs. Dick Clark, who put in a long distance dis-tance call to Scott, who told her the car had been stolen, and the sheriff had gone on the road to try to find it, but without results. She thanked us for the information and she will mail Mr. Beckwith a reward of $500 in a day or two. Garth Cahoon, EM3C, arrive in Delta last Thursday, for a few days leave with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Cahoon.
