Show Delta Rabbits Are Honored By Schoolmates Delta Rabbits, fourth place winners win-ners in the state ClassB basketball basket-ball tournament, were in the lime light all of Wednesday last week in school activities. In the morning morn-ing an assembly honored them, at noon they were banquetted, and at night they were stars of the student body Preference Dance. The banquet was prepared and served in the Home Ec. department, depart-ment, under direction of Mrs. Julia Bliss. Places were marked for the team members Ted Dalton, Dick Clark, Monan Lovell, Harold Snow, Barth Black, Lloyd Warner, John Whatcott, Lynn Prestwich, Clarence Clar-ence Prestwich and Bud Fullmer, nnH Finn rironthmicp nhlptin mnn ager, Coaches Bruce Osborne and Merlin Christensen, Prin- Glen W. Seegmiller and cheer leaders, Jean Nielson, Phyllis Clark and Lila Mae Sampson. At the dance that night Lloyd Warner was Preferred Man. The entire student body and faculty attended the event. In the trophy case at school is the basketball the team brought home from the state, their award for fourth place. |
