However, he has dono extensive traveling trav-eling abroad, baying served as missionary mis-sionary In EuTdfla and during tho years 1909 to 1912 ho was president of the Netherlands mission. For eleven years Mr. Thatcher was bishop of the Logan First ward and for six years previous to being ap- pointed the presiding officer, ho was counselor to the bishop of this ward. Besides helng a man of exceptional Judgment In the conduct of' his theater, thea-ter, is providing good wholesomo entertainment en-tertainment for tho city, ho Is prominently promi-nently connected with a number of business and flnaclal Institutions of the city and is always anxious and willing to tako up work for tho advancement ad-vancement of the community.
