Eagle Clothing Co. of Lewiston The Eagle Clothing Company of Lewiston, Utah is one of a number I' of Stores established by a large J wholesale concern in Salt Lake City, m , l I L I " f Utah. They buy far in advance of the season for all of their stores, as well as selling merchandise to Merchants Mer-chants in nearly every town in seven states. V. V. Fairbanks, the manager of the Lewiston store, was employed by the Wholesale concern for seven years as stenograph and bookkeeper. Later he went into the retail business busi-ness and ha had seven years experience ex-perience in that line of work, and is now a stockholder in the concern which he manages at Lewiston. Under bis management the concern has increased in-creased its business about IOO9& in the last year, nnd although they have just purchased the building they occupy, if business increases in the same proportion in the future, a new and better location will have to be secured. Mr. Fairbanks is well acquainted with the needs of the people in his section, and the people there abouts are beginning to know bis capacity for selecting just what they like. Mr. Fairbanks is a brother to J. Leo and Avard Fairbanks of Artistic fame and is a live wire.
