The proposed park will truly present pre-sent a proud picture of our historical development of Utah and the western United States, the Senator said, the entire history of .Southern Legislation to create an Iron Mission State Park wa3 introduced by Senator Dixie Leavitt at the State Capitol last week. The bill authorizes the State Board of Parks and Recreation to acquire, maintain and operate op-erate the Iron Mission in Ce-dar Ce-dar City as part of the Utah State Park System, with an appropriation of $10,000.00 of non-lapsing funds. Senator Leavitt's bill directs the State to accept the Gron-way Gron-way Parry collection of horse-drawn horse-drawn vehicles, harnesses, costumes and other pioneer artifacts. The Melling log cabin, Osborne blacksmith collection and metal exhibit-building exhibit-building would be donated to the State Park by the Iron Mission Non-Proit Corporation. Corpora-tion.
