"Added to extremely stylized costumes-including two giant birds and a mermaid-and the use of extensive choreography, it is easy to see that we are going to be doing plenty of work to produce the play," Terry Lewis, director and SUSC instructor of drama, said. In addition to nightly productions at 8:15 p.m., the company will also present 1:15 p.m. matinee performances January 28-31. Scheduled to see the annual SUSC children's theater presentation are elementary school children from Iron, Kane, Garfield and Washington Counties. Bearing the brunt of the technical challenges of the play is Jerry Grills, a junior drama student from Bountiful. She is acting as the scenic designer. She is being assisted in bringing Never-Never Land to life by a crew of student costumers and designers.
