Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, throughout the entire en-tire year unless otherwise designated. de-signated. Locations In SLB&iM. a-7485 (73-2229) Francis P. Webster, etal, P.O. Box 337, Morgan, Utah 84050, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 69.35 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 85.64 ac. ft. of water as evl- denced by a portion of Underground Under-ground Water Claim 15342 (73-1017). (73-1017). The water has been diverted di-verted from a well at a point S. 50 ft. and W 95 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 18, T35S, R10W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 3.000 sheep; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 42.0 acs. in SWSW Sec. 7, NWNW Sec. 18, both T35S, R10W. Hereafter, 69.35 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 14-inch well, 200-600 ft. deep at a point S. 1478 ft. and E. 195 ft. from N4 Cor. Sec. 18, T35S, hlOW; and used for the domestic dom-estic purposes of 95 families in parts of NV2 Sec. 18, T35S, R10-W. R10-W. The remaining amount of water will be used as heretofore. a-7487 (73-68) Henry L. Jones, 97 So. 300 W., Cedar City, Utah 81720, proposes to change the point of diversion of 809.13 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 13512 as amended by Ch. App. No. a-4010. a-4010. The water has been diverted di-verted from a 16-inch well, 400 ft. deep at a point N. 70 ft. and W. 780 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 29, T35S, R11W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, fam-ily, stockwatering of 100 cattle and 1,000 sheep; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 341.10 acs. but limited to the sole supply sup-ply of 200 acs. in SW4, W'a. SE Sec. 20; NWU. WViNE'i Sec. 29, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 809.13 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted as follows: fol-lows: (1) same as heretofore; (2) an existing 12-inch well, 300 ft. deep at a point N. 50 ft. and W 1525 ft. from EK Cor. Sec. 29, T35S, R11W; and used same as heretofore. a-7493 (71-1048) Walter O. and Floy A. Davison, P.O. Box 304, Henderson, Nev. 89015, proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion, di-version, place and nature of use of 1.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 57.55 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by App. No. 17011. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 248 ft. deep at a point N. 125 ft. and E. 125 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 31, T34S, R16W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for the Irrigation of 14.3875 acs. 'in parts of SEVi Sec. 31, T34S, R16W. Hereafter, 1.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 10-inch well, 150 ft. deep at a point N. 1615 ft. and E. 2343 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 4, T36S, R16W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 0.07 acs. in NESW1 Sec. 4, T36S, R16W. The remaining remain-ing amount of water will be used as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons rea-sons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, En-gineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before Sept. 8, 1973.
