Show Cedar Chamber sponsors 'Bards Banquet' ' Royce Chamberlain, President of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce an-nounce the' sponsorship of "Bard's Banquet", to be held as the opening event of the Utah Shakespearen Festival, June 15, 1976. The banquet is slated to become an annual affair to be sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce. The banquet is named in honor ; of William Shakespeare who was known as "The Bard of England" or in other words the great writer of England. The purpose of the banquet is to give the business people of the community an opportunity to promote the Festival among local citizens as -well as the press and the visiting I guests who will be attending the Festival. The banquet is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. with continuous serving until 7:15 p.m. Prices for . the banquet will be Adults $4, Children $2.50. Tickets are i available at the Chamber of Commerce Office and the Festival Ticket Office. |
