Show Commissioners pass ordinance approached the Commission about acquiring gravel, necessary for operation of the mine. The Commission has taken no action on the request. The Commission discussed a proposal from Honeywell, Inc. to sell a service contract on all mechanical operations of the Iron County Court House. Honeywell would furnish all material and make regular maintenance calls. This would also eliminate experimental and adjustment problems that arise in the first year of installation of new heating and cooling equipment systems. The Commission Com-mission took no action on the matter, until further research into the subject can be completed. com-pleted. The Little Creek Mining Group The Iron County Commission passed the Iron County Subdivision Sub-division Ordinance at their regular meeting of Wednesday, June 23. Publication of the complete ordinance will appear within this paper at a later date. Any persons wishing to put up a gate on a county road must get a permit signed by the State of Utah, before construction may proceed. The Newcastle Water Company Com-pany requested an easement on a county road for completion of pipe being laid for their new water system. The commission granted right of way, with the Newcastle Water Company assuming responsibilities. Garth Jones requested construction con-struction of another Cedar City Chamber of Commerce sign to be placed on the north end of Cedar City.
