It was presided over by Vice Chairman W.Rolfe Kerr, President of Dixie College. A special part of the afternoon program was the dedication of the watercolor by Thomas Leek of Cedar City entitled "Kolob Country". It was a distinct pleasure to have Board Members Mrs. Ethel Farnsworth Farn-sworth and Dr. Wesley P. Larsen, past Chairman of the Board, present for the brief dedication ceremony. In other business the Board reviewed the accomplishments ac-complishments of the active publications program carried out in 1978. Significant of the seven new publications produced were the full color Alpine Pond Trail Guide for Cedar Breaks National Monument, the "Geological Map of Zion National Park, Utah" by Dr. Wyne L. Hamilton and Discover Zion by Victor L. Jackson. Discover Zion is a full color guide to the Park featuring descriptive text in. English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese.
