The brochure mailing list of 12,000 is partially composed com-posed from the request cards filled out each season by Festival guests, and also include other groups and individuals interested in the Festival. Actual mailing of the brochure is done with volunteer help, including Lilly Kingdon, Leta Cowley, Edith. Kirtley and Candace Evving, all of Cedar City. Following the mass-mail distribution, brochures will be placed in many locations throughout the Western states, such as travel councils, Chambers of Commerce, motels and tourist agencies. Many individuals in-dividuals in the Cedar City area volunteer their services in mailing and distrubuting the brochures, which are a prim source of Festival advertising. |
