Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS : The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year un-less un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6537 (71-1153) E. Sterling Tullis, Newcastle, Utah proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion of 638.8 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by 71-1153, Appl. 17083 Cert. 5018. The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well 250 ft. deep at a point N. 850 ft. E. 1380 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 8. T36S, R15W; and used from March 15 to November 1 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 372.3 acres, but limited to the sole supply of 159.70 acres in the SEVtNEW, EU'SEW! SWWSE'i , Sec. 7, SW!4NW',i, W'aSWU, Sec. 8, NW!4NW!4 Sec. 17, N'jNEVi Sec. 18, T36S, R15W. Hereafter 638.8 ac. ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 16-inch well 300-450 ft. deep at a point S. 100 ft. E. 1300 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 17, T36S, ( R15W; and used same as here- , tofore. a-6536 ( 71-1018) Ray Thomas . Enterprises, Inc.. 300 East Sahara Sa-hara Avenue, Las Vegas, Ne- , vada 89105, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 4.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 57.55 ac. ft, as evidenced bv Appl. No. 17011, W.U.C. 71-1048. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well 218 ft. deep at a point N. 125 ft. E. 123 ft. from the S'4 Cor. Sec. 31, T34S, R16W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 14.4 acs. in SEU of Sec. 31, T34S, R16W. Hereafter 4.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 8-inch well 150-300 ft. deep at a point N. 150 ft. E. 380 ft. from the W!4 Cor. Sec. 24, T34S, R17W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering of 2 swine and 3 cows, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of .795 ac. within the SWUNW',4 Sec. 24, T34S, R17W. Remaining used as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 412 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 81111 on or before July 17, 1971.
