Show Little League and swimming to begin next week HThe Parowan'TlTfle League baseball program will get under un-der way the first of the week, with registration to be held this week end according to Gale Stolk, All boys who wish to participate in the program this summer are urged to report re-port at the baseball field on Thursday, Friday or Saturday of this week by Mr. Stolk. The program includes all of the boys in the Summit, Parowan Paro-wan and Paragonah areas, also al-so all new boys and others from these towns who haven't participated in the Little League program before. This Includes any boys who will be nine years of age by Aug. 1 through 12. Mr. Stolk, who with Mrs. Stolk will operate the Parowan Paro-wan swimming pool this season sea-son makes the following announcement an-nouncement concering the opening, op-ening, prices and ticket sales. He states that the facility s. now being readied for operation, op-eration, and plans are to open it for use next week with the exact day to be announced. , Tickets for the season will bo $16 for families; $11 for adults (over 16) and $8 for fllj under 16 years of age. Single Sin-gle admissions will be 60 cents for adults and 30 cents for children under 16 years of age; Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Orton of Salt Lake City were with the members of the A- Clark Orton family here on the week nd. |
