Show USU plans educational tour thru Arizona for cattlemen of Utah see feedlot research, cows and calves on pasture, cows and calves in drylot and the bull testing station. Other ipoints of interest include in-clude a visit to Nogales, Mexico; Mex-ico; Glen Canyon Dam, Boulder Bould-er Dam, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Apache Indian cattle ranch at San Carlos and a Hereford bull sale at St. George. An educational tour iby chartered bus for Utah cattlemen cattle-men to Arizona has 'been scheduled sche-duled for January 31 to February Fe-bruary 5. It will be conducted by staff of Utah State University Univer-sity Animal Science Department. Depart-ment. Grant Ewplin, Area Livestock Live-stock Specialist, said the group will get to see outstanding cattle desert range and feed-, feed-, lot operations including iboth warm up and 'finishing feed lots. A highlight will 'be the Bar Fanch at Stanfield, owned own-ed by John Wayne and Louis Johnson. At a recent sale there more than 50 bulls sold for an average of nearly $6,000 each.
