Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS ' The following applications have been filed with the State Engineeer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6413 (75-1489) Don M. Sawyers and Sherrel Van Saw-yers, Saw-yers, care of Sherrell Van Sawyers, 535 S. 700 W,. Cedar City, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 5-0 ac.-ft. out of a total of 477.6 ac.-ft. of water as evidenced by App. No. 17047 (75-52) p. 192. De-termination De-termination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a 14-in- well, 410 ft. deep at a point N. 1185 ft. W. 125 ft. from EY Cor. Sec. 23, T34S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 119.4 acres within SVtSEV Sec. 14; NttNEK Sec. 23. T34S, R10W. Hereafter, 5.0 ac.-ft. of water will be diverted from an 8-in. well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point S. 1790 ft. E. 120 ft. from N!4 Cor. Sec. 35, T31S, R10W, and used for misc: purposes in a truck stop, service station and cafe within SW'iNE'i Sec. 35, T34S, R10W. The remaining water will bo used for irrigation irri-gation of 118.15 acres. a-6123 Bonneville Investment Invest-ment Corporation, 1591 E. Parkway Ave., Salt Lake City. Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 400 ac.-ft- of water as evidenced by Seg. App. No. 17958-a (75-1490) as amended by a-5118. The water has been diverted rom a 16-ln. well, 250 ft. deep at a point N. 2140 ft, from S'i Cor. Sec. 11, T33S, R8W. and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 100 acres within parts of W'iNEK, NW',i. Hereafter, 400 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter will be diverted from two wells as follows: (1) 14-in-well, 511 ft. deep, located N. 25 ft. E. 1260 ft. from SW Cor. See. 25, T33S. R8W; (2) 16-in. well. 635 ft. deep, located E. 1320 ft, from W4 Cor. Sec. 22, T33S, R8W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 500 acres but limited to a sole supply-of supply-of 100 acres within N'iNEV4l SWUNE'i, NWU, NSW Sec. 22; WVaSEK, SWtt Sec. 15; T33S, R8W. a-6121 (71-1193) Ray Thomas Thom-as Enterprises, Inc., 300 East Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada, Ne-vada, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 1.0 ac.-ft. out of a total of 80.0 ac-ft. of water wa-ter ag evidenced by App. No. 16699 (71-1193). The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 5435 ft. W. 2600 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 4, T36S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for Irrigation of 20 acres within Lots 9-11, 14-16, Sec. 4, T36S, R16W- Hereafter, 1.0 ac.-ft. of water wil be diverted from an 8-in. well, 150 ft. deep at a po'"1 N 19!).r) ft. Sec. 4, T36S, R16W; and used for domestic purposes of I family, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for Irrigation of .07 acre within Lot 19, Sec. 4, T3GS, R16W. a-6127 (71-3112) Dudley F. Shelley, Beryl, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion, diver-sion, place and nature of use of 200 ac.-ft. out of a total of 455.12 ac-ft. of water as evidenced evid-enced by App. No. 15615 (71-1229). (71-1229). The water has been diverted di-verted from 3 wells at points: (1) N. 190 ft. W. 1145 ft. from SE Cor.; (2) N. 170 ft. E. 105 ft- from SW Cor.; (3) N. 150 ft. E. 2640 ft. from SW Cor., all Sec. 30, T34S, R16W; and used for stockwatering of 15 cattle, cat-tle, 100 swine, and 5 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for supplemental irrigation of 225.2 acres, but limited to a sole supply on 113-5 acres within SEK, S&SWK Sec. 30, T34S, R16W. Hereafter, 200 ac.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an 16-in. well, 100-350 ft. deep at a point S. 950 ft. W. 1470 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 8, T37S, R11W, and used for domestic purposes of 274 families within with-in S'iSSW1, SSWKSE4, NE4, ENW',i, NVaSE Sec. 8. SVVySW54 Sec. 9, T37S, R14W.
