Show Swim, dinner to end activities for P.H.S mat squad As a climax to the Wrestling season at the Parowan High School, the members of the squad and their dates, will enjoy a swimming and eats party this Friday night, if all goes well, it is announced by Lowell Caldwell coach. Members of the squad, up to 20 of them and their dates plan to travel to the swimming swim-ming pool at the College of Southern Utah for a swim to be followed by eats, with emphasis em-phasis on the latter to get the boys up to par following their wrestling diets. Looking Ahead to 1970 Coach Caldwell is already looking ahead to next year in wrestling activities, and sees still better things for the Parowan Par-owan High, he says. Lettermen back will include a large group of veterans. They include: in-clude: State champion, Gary Jones, third place winner Terry Nor-thington, Nor-thington, Doug Winn, Don Northington, Robert Rasmus-sen, Rasmus-sen, Jeff Taylor, Rick Trimmer, Trim-mer, Ralph Lister, Jim Wor- ley, Tom Adams, Tom Gurr and Mike McKee. ,Also com- ling up for next year will be a good group of eighth graders, grad-ers, who will be pushing the veterans on the squad. |
