Show Funeral services held for Garfield M. Clark Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Monday in tlm Cedar Third-Fourth Ward chapel for Garfield M. Clark, 70, who died Sunday, March 2, after a long illness. Burial was In tho Cedar City Ci-ty cemetery. Mr. Clark was born in Hen-rieville, Hen-rieville, Garfield County, on November 13, 1S9S, a son of Jamos Laycock and Lucinda Caroline Smith Clark. He married mar-ried Thelma Evans Oct. 9, 1913, it Parowan. He w;: a member of the LDS Church and a retired state and county road employee. em-ployee. Survivors include his widow, wi-dow, sons and daughters, Fred, Gary, Conrad, lal of Cedar City; Ci-ty; Gilbert, Kanab; Mrs. R. D. (Helen) Sutton, Huntington Beach, Calif.; Mariel, Shirley, both Glendale, Calif.; four grandchildren; stepmothre, Mrs. Isabelle Aleen, Cedar City; Ci-ty; sister, Mrs. Vera Rowley, Cedara City; half-brothers, half-sisters, Albert Clark, Mrs. Georgia Lambeth, both Cedar City; Harold Clark, Mrs. Elsie , Rogelato, both Ogden; Marie Beard, Denver. |
