Show Youth apprehended for telephone service vandalism A teenager from Newcastle was recently apprehended and referred to Juvenile Court for interference with telephone communications to the area of Beryl and Enterprise. The individual allegedly removed re-moved metal snow marker stakes from the highway and used them to interfere with the telephone line. This denied the Escalante Valley from receiving re-ceiving and placing long distance dis-tance telephone calls and also interrupted Federal Government Govern-ment Services. Involved in the investigation investigat-ion were members of the Iron County Sheriff's office, Federal Feder-al Bureau of Investigation and Mountain States Telephone Company security department. The teenager is scheduled to appear before Judge Boss-ard, Boss-ard, Juvenile Judge of the 4th District. |
