NOTICE OF SALE To be sold at Sheriff's Sale at the front steps of the County Coun-ty Courthouse in the City of St. George, County of Washington, Wash-ington, State of Utah, on the 14th day of July, 1970, at 10:00 a. m., that certain piece or parcel of real property situated situat-ed in Washington and Iron Counties, State of Utah, described de-scribed as follows: Commencing at the NW corner cor-ner of the WViSEii Section 25, Township 35 South, Range 17 West, SLM, Iron County; thence East 2640 feet, more or less, to the NE corner of Lot 3, said Section 25; thence South 2319.9 feet, more or less, to a point in the Northerly right of way of the State Highway; High-way; thence North 65 deg. 44 min. West 2913.9 feet to West side of W2SE said Section 25; thence North 1129.2 feet, more or less, to beginning, excluding ex-cluding therefrom the East 2 rods of Lots 3 and 4, said Section Sec-tion 25, conveyed to Iron County for right of way. Commencing at the SW corner cor-ner of the SWSE of Section Sec-tion 25, Township 35 South, Range 17 West, SLM, and running run-ning thence North 1360.8 feet to a point in the Southerly line of right of way of Cedar-Modena Cedar-Modena road; thence South 65 deg. 44 min. East 2913.9 feet, more or less, to a point 170.1 feet North of the SE corner of Lot 4, said Section 25; thence South 170.1 feet to the SE corner cor-ner of Lot 4; thence West 2640 feet, more or less, to point of beginning. Commencing at the SE corner cor-ner of the NWVi of Section 31, Township 35 South, Range 16 West, Salt Lake Base and Mer-idian; Mer-idian; and running thence South 89 deg. 18 min. West 1271.6 feet; thence Northerly 2246.7 feet; thence South 65 deg. 41 min. East 1401.6 feet; thence Southerly 1657.1 feet to the place of beginning, containing con-taining 56.98 acres, more or less. Together with all improvements improve-ments on said parcels, and all appurtenances, including all water and well rights thereunto there-unto belonging.
