Utah State Institute of Fine Arts makes contribution to Cedar City Art Exhibit Senator Dixie Leavitt presented pre-sented a ' check ' of $500 from the Utah State Institute of Fine Arts to LaNell Lunt, Chairman of Finance for the Cedar City Art Exhibit. These funds are made available each year to worthy are projects in the state with the purpose of advancing the appreciation and development of the arts.
