WEBSTER BETTRIDGE 1 Beitridps to celebrate Golden Wedding Mr. and Mrs. Webster W. Bettridge, well known Parowan Paro-wan couple, will observe their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday, July 26 at their home at 475 West 200 North, with an open house from 2 to 6 p. m. 1 Their grandchildren and a I cousin, Mrs. Jennie Penney are doing the honors to fete Mr. and Mrs. Bettridge on their Golden Wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Bettridge were married on July 26, 1920 in Parowan and have lived here all their married lives. Mr. Bettridge has been a farmer most of his life. He is a veteran vet-eran of World War I, and has been an active member of Parowan Post No. 20 since it was established. He has also been an active member of the LDS Church as a member of the Second Ward. Mrs. Bettridge has also been an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary and has held many jobs in the LDS Church auxiliaries, including the Relief Society, Primary and YWWMIA. They have had four children, chil-dren, one of whom is now living, liv-ing, Dee Bettridge of Ely, Nevada. Ne-vada. They have eight grandchildren grand-children and eight great-grandchildren. great-grandchildren.
