NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF CEDAR CITY, UTAH, WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., August 10, 1970, in the courtroom of the City and County Building at Cedar City, Utah. Purpose of the meeting is to give public considerations to he recommendations of the Cedar City Planning Commission Commis-sion To: (1). Change the following described properties from R-3 sone to CC-1 zone: Com. 65 ft. South from NW Cor. lot 7, Blk. 23, Plat B, Cedar City Town Survey; East 198 ft.; North 329 ft. more or less to existing CC-1 zone line, West 247.5 ft. to C. L. 100 East, South along C.L. 100 East 329 ft., East 49.5 ft. To Beginning. (2) . Change the following do-c-'bed properties , f rom R-2 zone to CC-1 zone: Com. 25 ft. South and 198 ft. East of NW Cor. Lot 7, Blk 23, Plat B, Cedar City Town Survey; Lost 50 ft.-South ft.-South 50 ft.; West 50 ft.; North 50 ft. to Beginning. (3) . Change the zoning maps if Cedar City, Utah to correspond corre-spond with those zone chang es.
