I As a major user of water, Kennecott Ken-necott makes the grant to fur- ther the study of water resources. J Clark, a civil engineering ma-jor, ma-jor, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Clark, Cedar City, currently cur-rently on an assignment in Ethiopia. Ethi-opia. He transferred to Utah State after completing two years at the College of Southern Utah. At USU he is affiliated with the student chapter of the American Amer-ican Society of Civil Engineers; and served as chairman of the engineering council.
