PUBLIC HEARING Cedar City Corporation will hold a Public Hearing June 3, 1965 in the Court Room of the City and County Building at 8:00 o'clock P. M. to consider zone change from R-I to Highway Service, Ser-vice, beginning S. 00 deg. 20 min. 30 sec. E. 744.6 ft. and S. 89 deg. 42 min. W. 252.0 ft. from the Northwest corner of the Si14-NEK Si14-NEK Section 22, T36S, R11W, SLB&M, said point being the intersection in-tersection of present City limits line and Center line U. S. highway high-way 91, running thence N 45 deg. 37 min. E. along Center line Highway 91 999.3 ft. to present HS-I boundry line, thence S 89 deg. 42 min E. along present HS-I HS-I Zone line 470 ft., thence S 45 deg. 37 min. W. parallel to U.
