OCR Text	Show Former CSU Athlete Takes Position At Box Elder High Douglas Stoker, former student and basketball star at College of Southern Utah, will assume the position of head basketball coach at Box Elder High School in Brigham City next fall, it was announced this week. Stoker, who is married to the former Connie Gower of Cedar City, will succeed Keid Goldsber-1 ry who has resigned to accept a position in the Las Vegas, Nev., school system. The new head mentor has been an assistant coach in basketball football and track since 1962. Previously Pre-viously he coached ninth grade football at Box Elder Junior High School where he also was a physical phy-sical education and history teacher teach-er for two years. Stoker was head basketball coach at Bryce Valley High School in Tropic for four years. Mr. and Mrs. Stoker are parents par-ents of three children, Sylvia, 8; Craig, 6, and Mitchell, 4.
