Eugene Palmers Have New Granddaughter Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Palmer have received word of the birth of a new grandchild, a daughter, born to Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Snow of Huntington, Utah, on May 21. Mrs. Snow is the former Miss Lor. raine Palmer. Following the birth of the baby girl Mrs. Palmer traveled to Huntington Hun-tington where she spent five days with the Snows. The Palmers also report that Mr. Snow received a National Science Foundation Scholarship at San Jose College in California, and he and his family will move to California for six weeks this summer to take advantage of the scholarship.
