NOTICE OF HEARING CAUSE No. 113-1 The State of Utah to all operators, opera-tors, takers of production, mineral min-eral and royalty owners and other oth-er persons in the state Interested Interest-ed in drilling for and the production produc-tion of Oil andor Gas. Under the provisions of Title 40 6, Utah Code Annotated 1953, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Is given authority to make rules and regulations and amend them from time to time as deemed necessary for the proper pro-per administration of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act. Notice Is hereby given that the Utah Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has prepared a tentative ten-tative set of amendments and revisions to the General Rules and Regulations as adopted, and that the hearing will be held on such amendments and additions on Tuesday, June 15, 1965, at 10 a. m., in the Commission's offices, 348 East South Temple Suite 301, Salt Lake City. Utah, at which hearing suggestions as to the adoption of or changes In these proposed amendments and revisions and suggestions as to the adoption of or changes in any other rules or regulations will be heard.
