S,, as amended by section sec-tion 14 of the act of June 28, 1934 (48 Stat, 1274; 43 U. S. C. 1171). and pursuant to the application of Willard W. Jones of Cedar Cltv. Utah, Serial No. Utah 015041, there will be offered to the highest high-est bidder, but at not less than $3.00 per acre, at a public sale to be held at 10 o'clock a. m. on the 17th day of February, 1956 next, at this office, the following tracts of land: SWUSWK Sec. 5, SEUSEK Sec. 6, EHNE14 Sec. 7. NWK-NW NWK-NW Sec. 8, T. 35 S., R. 10 W., SLM, containing 200 acres. This parcel of land, as indicated, will be offered for sale as a unit. No bid will be received for less than all of an offered parcel of Jand. Bids' may be made by the principal prin-cipal or his agent, either personally person-ally at the sale or by mail. Bids sent by mall will be considered con-sidered only If received at the office of-fice prior to the hour fixed for the sale. Bids must be in sealed envelopes en-velopes accompanied by certified checks or post-office money or- ders made payabJe to the Treasurer Treas-urer of the United States for the amounts of th hid. Th nvlnrw must be marked in the lower left-hand corner "Public sale bid, Serial No. U 015041, Sale Feb. 17, 1956. The highest bidder will be required re-quired to pay immediately the amount thereof. Any adverse claimants of the above-described land should file their claims, or objections, on or before the time designated for sale. The Bureau of Land Management Man-agement has not searched the fUes of Iron County to ascertain evidence of any adverse claims. . Any contiguous owner claiming! a preference right must assert such right and substantiate the claim by submitting the evidence required by 43 CFR 250.11 within 30 days from the above sale date.
