Show Broiher of Cedar City Deniist Dies in California Dr. Edgar Alan Petty, 67, former for-mer Utah dentist, and a brother ,of Dr. Frank H. Petty of Cedar City, died Thursday, Jan. 17, in a San Fernando, Calif, hospital. Dr. Petty was born Nov. 15, 1805, in Rockvllle, Washington County, Utah, a son of Frank H. and Sarah Jane Brown Petty. He graduated from College of Southern South-ern Utah in 1920 and later graduated grad-uated from the College of Dentistry Den-tistry of the University of Southern South-ern California. He practice in Beaver and Spanish Fork, was a former president of the Utah State Board of Dental Examiners, and was an active civic worker in the communities com-munities in which he lived. He was a veteran of World War I and was a first lieutenant in the Army. He married Willa Kollman in September, 1921 in Los Angeles. Survivors Include his widow, a son, Edgar Allan, Palm Springs, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Jennie P. DeMille, Monroe, Utah; Dr. Frank H. Pet- ty, Cedar City; Charles B.
