Show KAMARRAVILLE NEWS NOTES Mrs. Hannah Davis This Monday morning is clear and beautiful with bright winter .sunshine after a heavy snow storm and blizzard Friday evening eve-ning and into the night, followed by zero weather. During the last week many taps and main water lines were frozen but most of them are back to normal. Several ward members attended attend-ed West Stake Conference at Cedar Ce-dar City Sunday. Mrs. Nancy Williams and Jim-mie Jim-mie Riddle of Cedar City were married Friday evening at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams by Presi-dent Presi-dent Day. That evening, a recep tion was held at the ward recreation recrea-tion hall. There was a program and refreshments. Nancy's Uncle Perry O. Williams of Henderson, was master of ceremonies. Many friends and relatives were present. pre-sent. Here to attend the wedding of their neice were Clayton Williams Wil-liams and family of Henderson, and her sister, the Howard Jackson Jack-son family of Las Vegas. Mr and Mrs. Denor Pollock and family have moved to Las Vegas. j Jimmie Adams of Alamo, Nev., was visiting here with relatives and friends over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davies and Henry, traveled to Salt Lake City Saturday to take their son, David, Da-vid, who entered the mission, home and will serve on an LDS mission in the North German mission. Visitors in Las Vegas over the week end were Miss Barbara Williams and her nephews, Greg and Mark Pollock of Cedar City and Mrs. Colleen Williams and girls. Mrs. Lena Williams gave a party par-ty for her husband, Noel on his 70th birthday. Their children, the Gordon Williams family and the Sheldon Stuck! family of Cedar City came for the occasion. Ann and Linda Hansen of Las Vegas spent the week end here with friends and to attend the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Riddle. They were guests at the Willard Batty and Henry Bauer homes. |
