Show I Cedar Woman Escapes as Train-Car Crash I Mrs. Dwight L. Milner of Cedar Ce-dar City narrowly escaped In-Jury In-Jury and the automobile she was driving was totally demolished In a train-car accident Monday at 12:05 p. m. at the railroad crossin on 200 West Street and 200 North. Mrs. Milner, traveling north had come to a stop across the tracks behind two other vehicles which were stopped at the Intersection Inter-section of 200 North and 100 West When the train approached from the west Mrs. Milner, unable un-able to move forward owing to the other vehicles, attempted to shift the car Into reverse. She erroneously shifted the automobile automo-bile into park position. When the train struck the car from the side Mrs. Milner crawled crawl-ed out and ran to safety. The vehicle she was driving was pushed a total of 103 feet, according ac-cording to investigating officer Stan Davis of the Cedar City po-lice po-lice department |
