The Ludlow Company bid was for $4,525.01 as compared to a bid from the Pacific Cast Iron Pipe Company of $5,219.46. Only two bids were received. .Mayor , Arnold Anderson re ported that the City S road allotment allot-ment had been received from the state In the amount of $12,179.-58, $12,179.-58, and stated that the funds would be used on a street oiling program this summer.
