State winners of the 4-H Arhlcrement award are Sandra San-dra Hacking, of Vernal, and Bruce Lraper, of Logan, both 18 years old. Both received certificates of recognition for their contribution In club and community activities. activ-ities. Ml in Hacking will be a state delegate to the 37th National 4-H Club Congress opening in Chicago Chi-cago Nov. 30. The awards are provided by the Ford Motor Co. After nine years of i ll activ-Ity activ-Ity Miss Harking sums it up by saying, "I hope I will always be a part of this fine program which encourages me to make my best a little better." She has done well enough to take Unltah County awards in garden, home improvement, dress revue and leadership. She was three-times president of the Jolly Stitchers 4-H Club, and a leader since 1957 of the Maeser Bakers. An unexpected 4-H benefit received re-ceived by Draper has been the experience of renewing his annual an-nual sales contracts with Utah Poultry. He was poultry Judging winner in 1958 and state agricultural agricul-tural demonstration winner in 1957. Ho has been a 4 H member for seven years, and was president presi-dent of the Cache County Caklers. The Cooperative Extension Service directs this activity.
