Show Broncos Vill Meet SaUa Ana in Monday Night Game College of Southern Utah basketball bas-ketball team returned from the annual California tour late Fri-1 Fri-1 day evening and immediately disbursed for the holiday sea-I sea-I son, in order that squad mom-I mom-I bers can be with their families for Christmas, according to Boyd Adams, mentor. The 12 man squad, which was reduced from 15 immediately following fol-lowing the California excursion, will reassemble at the CSU field-house field-house on Saturday, Dec. 27 for practice sessions Saturday and Sunday in preparation for a Monday game against the Santa Ana crew from California. The Broncos will meet Santa Ana in the CSU fieldhouse on Monday, Dec. 29 at 8 p. m. Santa was a participant in the Chaffey tournament at Ontario, Calif., last week meeting a mutual mu-tual opponent Orange Coast 1n the third round battle. Santa Ana, like CSU lost to the Orange Coast quintet. Coach Adams, who was pleased pleas-ed with the showing of the squad on the California trip, Indicated that the Broncos would be ready for the battle with the California Califor-nia squail. On the week end the Broncos will meet Nevada Southern of Las Vegas, Nov., on Friday and Saturday In the second home appearance ap-pearance for the Broncos of the season. It will also be the final round of pre-conference play for the Broncos before they entertain Boise Junior College In the opening open-ing Intermountaln Collegiate Athletic Conference play on January Jan-uary 8. The final reduction of the Bronco squad was announced by Coach Adams as follows: Theron Archibald, Tremonton, Utah; Paul Rasmussen, Hyde Park; Joe Castillo, Bingham; Frank Cooper, Panguitch; Ed Mc-Kibben, Mc-Kibben, Yorktown, Ind.; Dick Olaub, Yorktown.
