Show Cedar City Social Swing j Mrs. Nolo Kupfer j A gala affair was staged by, the employees of the First Security Secur-ity Bank on Tuesday evening. Meeting at Milt's Stage Stop the! employees and their partners en- joyed a steak dinner after which1 games were played and found; very enjoyable. Special guests for the evening were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hansink. Mrs. Milton Jol-ley Jol-ley acted as General Chairman for the evening's activities. Entertaining her pinochle club at a Christmas party was Mrs. Kenneth Gower. During the evening following the rounds of pinochle, Mrs. Gower awarded prizes to Mrs. Ted Nelson, Mrs. Howard Savage and Mrs. Dan 'Lindsay. A delicious Christmas salad was served after which gifts were exchanged and visiting visit-ing enjoyed. Entertaining friends on Friday evening were Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Doug-las Lunt. Dinner guests gathering gather-ing at the Lunt home were Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Middleton, Mr. and Mrs. Roy P. Urie, Mr. and Mrs. Rex Nelson, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Urie, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Knight, Mr. and Mrs. George Corry, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Merry-weather Merry-weather and Mr. and Mrs. Garth Webster. Following the nicely arranged dinner the group spent the evening visiting and enjoying enjoy-ing the spirit of the Christmas season. Little Dennis Dlmlek was the center of attraction on Sunday evening as his parents, the Robert Ro-bert DImicks, invited several families in for light refreshments to celebrate the second birthday of Dennis. Wishing the little one happy birthday were the Vernon Gras family, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ratte and family, the Rulon Hey-bornes Hey-bornes and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Doug-las Lunt and children. |
