Students of the First Grade at the East Elementary presented East Elementary Ttaffic Officer, Offi-cer, Clair Higbee, with this plaque in recognition of the service performed in their behalf. Thp plaque, which is ainply illustrated by the youngsters, reads as follows: "The Traffic Officers. On our way to school each day we meet I a friendly mn, dressed up in a uniform.
