Mitchell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mitchell of American Am-erican Fork, formerly of Parowan, has been promoted to the rank of cadet second lieutenant In the Air Force Reserve Officer's Training Train-ing Corps at Brigham Young University. Uni-versity. As a result of this promotion, pro-motion, he will hold the position of assistant flight commander.
